Welcome to Olds College!

We offer our students unlimited opportunities for learning and for success, and we invite you to discover what Olds College can do for you. Since we first opened our doors in 1913, Olds College has provided quality education and training to launch successful careers for many generations of learners. Today, I’m proud to say that Olds College is working harder than ever to further enhance our comprehensive programming and expand our facilities.

From the five new structures being built on-campus as part of the Community Learning Campus, to our new riding arena and expanded facilities as part of the Canadian Equine Centre of Innovation, Olds College is responding boldly to student and industry needs. Together with our enthusiastic partners at the Calgary Exhibition and Stampede, we have expanded learning opportunities for a full range of students by having our unique programming now offered through the Calgary Campus.

This expansion of facilities, together with the technical expertise of our partner Bell Canada, will greatly enhance our world-class learning environment and create untold opportunities for learning in our classrooms or online. As well, the existing facilities that have long served to help make Olds College an educational leader have been designated to receive $5.8 million in upgrades. With the assistance of federal and provincial infrastructure renewal grants, we will ensure that all of Olds College’s instructional buildings continue to be excellent, modern learning centres. 

The focus and priority of Olds College has always been on the success of our students. Our progressive approach to learning links our students with cutting-edge technology, exceptional facilities and expert instruction. Olds College instructors excel as some of the leaders in their field. We work closely with community, business and industry to continually refine our curriculum in response to industry trends, so that our students receive the skills that are in demand in the current workforce. In this way Olds College graduates are highly employable and begin their careers at the top of the list.

Our campus is vibrant and inviting, with dozens of student clubs and activities including recreation, competitive athletic leagues and our award-winning rodeo club.
